Rohitha Rajapaksa, the youngest son of ex-president Mahinda Rajapaksa, appeared before the Colombo Central Crime Investigation Bureau today (25) to give a statement in connection with an ongoing financial investigation.
The probe relates to an alleged investment of Rs. 19 million he has made in two institutions in Mirihana.
Rajapaksa was to be questioned with regard to the sources and the nature of the investments.
